This part of the cornice shows another Green Man which, as we have previously discussed, may be intended to be a ‘full stop’ and which is out of position. This particular Green Man tends to support that view as, as can be seen, this one only have foliage growing from the right side of his mouth. If either one had been wrong positioned then the other ‘fill stop’ would also be out of position.
