Haddington » Church Notice Board
There is a very friendly welcome awaiting visitors to St Mary’s. This delightful church has a lovely tea room (with home baking) at a very reasonable cost. The small souvenir shop has lots of nice gifts including a very informative guide book about the history of the church. To read a review of the guide book click here.
Church services are held each Sunday at 0930 a.m. and 11.00 a.m.
The church has a large and active congregation and visitors are welcome. The church also has a Friends Group which is so important these days. The Friends have raised considerable sums for the church and they are to be congratulated and encouraged in continuing their efforts.
St Mary’s has a web site and to visit it please click here or on the image below. Please remember that by doing so you will leave the Rosslyn Templar’s web site.
The web site contains a host of information that makes it un-necessary to repeat here but it should be of interest to visitors to know that on Sunday, 15th February 2004 the BBC’s Songs of Praise programme recorded in St Mary’s will be broadcast. Here is an opportunity for to see inside this grand old Scottish church from the comfort of your arm chair!
Please do visit the church’s web site for more information. We found the grave yard index particularly useful for a number of purposes.
