Bothwell » Bothwell Collegiate Church
The collegiate church was to have a Provost and six Prebendaries but a document dated 1410 suggests that by that time the Prebendaries had been increased to eight.
In 1447 the parish church of Hawick was erected into an additional prebend to supply for the needs of two boys clerks.
