Damaged Angel

The face of this angel shows signs of damage although from what cause we are not sure although it is probably due to water dripping from above.
Like some other angels in the chapel this been described as being in a Masonic position but yet again none of the eminent and senior Freemasons in our ranks have ever seen this position adopted in a Masonic setting.
